Job Description:

• Review station coordination drawings to ensure compliance with AFC system requirements.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of AFC equipment on-site.
• Ensure the application of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules on-site.
• Coordinate with other contractors on-site to resolve issues.
• Record technical information and prepare installation and electrical testing reports.
• Conduct official AFC system tests with the client and prepare corresponding reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications & Electronics or Power Engineering.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong skills in using Windows and MS Office.
• Experience with network installation and configuration.

*About the Role*

As *Operations Manager* at *Sha7en*, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our EV charging infrastructure projects. This includes planning and supervising the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of charging stations to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards. You will manage daily field operations, assign schedules to engineers and technicians, and coordinate contractors to guarantee smooth execution and maximum charger uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

*Project Planning & Execution*

* Manage the installation and commissioning of EV chargers across multiple sites.

* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.

*Operations & Maintenance*

* Establish and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for chargers.

* Monitor network uptime and ensure quick resolution of faults and service interruptions.

* Maintain spare parts inventory and manage maintenance contracts.

*Team & Contractor Management*

* Prepare and assign *daily schedules for field engineers and technicians*, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

* Lead and supervise field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

* Ensure proper training and adherence to safety and quality standards.

* Conduct regular site inspections to validate work quality and compliance.

*Process & Performance Management*

* Develop and implement operational procedures for installation and service.

* Track KPIs such as installation lead times, charger uptime, and maintenance response times.

* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.

* 3–5 years of experience in *operations, field service, or project management* (preferably in electrical systems, renewable energy, or mobility infrastructure).

* Strong knowledge of *LV electrical installations, commissioning, and maintenance practices*.

* Proven experience managing contractors and multi-site projects.

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

* Familiarity with EV charging systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and execute stainless steel piping installations for food and dairy factories.

Read and interpret piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), isometric drawings, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with hygienic design requirements (EHEDG / 3A standards) for food-grade piping systems.

Supervise fabrication, welding (TIG/Orbital), fitting, and assembly of stainless steel pipelines.
