Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of both IT infrastructure and smart home automation projects. This role involves managing all phases of system implementation—from design and planning to integration and commissioning—while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, consultants, designers, and technical teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions for enterprise IT environments and luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects including IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud systems, data centers) and smart home automation systems (lighting control, HVAC integration, audio-visual, security, CCTV, access control, shading, and home networking).

• Oversee installation, integration, programming, and commissioning of infrastructure and home automation platforms (e.g., KNX, Crestron, Control4, Lutron, AWS, Azure).

• Collaborate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, while monitoring project progress and risks.

• Lead cross-functional technical teams, supervise on-site work, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings, providing stakeholders with timely updates and reports.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, IT/security policies, and project quality requirements.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in infrastructure or smart home/home automation project management.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud systems) and home automation platforms (KNX, Crestron, Control4, Lutron).

• Proven experience in enterprise-level IT projects and/or luxury residential smart home projects.
• Excellent project management, leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello).

• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

Summary
: As a Junior Network and Cybersecurity Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementing, configuring, tracking and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. Success in this role means ensuring reliable network connectivity and strong security (physically, Logically) across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Designed the logical and physical topology of the school network across two buildings.
• Implemented VLAN segmentation and IP addressing scheme for different departments (Admin, Students, Servers).
• Configured switches, routers, and access points to ensure reliable connectivity.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
