Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Visually verify information. Enter and locate information using computers/Point of Sale (POS) systems. The Network Engineer's role is to support and secure infrastructure throughout the Concentrix EMEA enterprise. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, IT and Infrastructure, and will be based in our Cairo, Egypt office and will be required to travel to other offices in EMEA (London) as needed. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you'll do**:

- Investigate and troubleshoot network issues to determine root causes and help create solutions; will be responsible for the on-premise network at our Cairo office
- Support incident response and problem management by providing containment actions and incident analysis related to network technologies
- Interact with industry experts, partners, internal staff, and auditors
- Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team
- Provide basic laptop support for users in the Cairo office

- Firm grasp of practical cryptography usage, able to recommend the best approach for storage, transport, and identity purposes
- Experience with various performance engineering tools, methodologies, and frameworks (predictive modelling, capacity planning, performance analysis and stress testing, and benchmarking)
- Create alerting for operation and investigation teams and work with them to automate manual processes
- Perform deep data analysis, correlating data from disparate systems, and using metrics to drive consistent system improvements

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Support Henkel's Infrastructure Environment including Data Center and Cloud Platforms
- Provide technical solution design/concept, coding, configuring, testing, and documentation of related developments
- Implement and support network security operations; Production Firewalls, Policy Changes,
log analysis and monitoring
- Maintain the IT infrastructure by continuously monitor the platform and act accordingly
in addition to perform regular patching of the platform to remediate security vulnerabilities
- Communicate with stakeholders and support them with technical issues

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or IT Engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent English speaker
- Solid knowledge in VMware, LAN/WAN Networks and Network security
