**Your Profile**
- High school or vocational diploma
- Knowledge in reading engineering drawing.
- Ability to use metric and imperial measuring equipment.
- Proven experience in Gas turbine, strip and rebuild
- Proven experience in centrifugal compressor strip and rebuild (including rotor disassembly, and assembly)
- Good experience in steam turbines, and reciprocating compressor, strip and rebuild experience.
- Good knowledge on rotor balancing
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Proficient in MS Office suite
**Your Responsibilities**
- Perform the assigned activity, of disassembly, inspection and assembly, using the provided scope of work and work instruction for equipment such as gas turbines, power turbines, steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors and dry gas seals
- Participate in safety drive
- Active participation in toolbox talk
- Balancing, rigging and lifting
- Process and tool improvement
- Capability to use the machinery will be an advantage

- Liaise with other IT Teams, as necessary in order to resolve faults, keeping the customer fully updated on the next steps
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded as tickets within ServiceNow
- Make sure escalations are dealt with, managed, and minimized whilst remaining calm in situations of conflict
- Process any returned IT equipment in accordance with Asset Management obligations
- Ensure the onsite & service desk service is running in accordance with the global SOP
- Support the local onboarding and offboarding IT processes to assist with driving a successful IT experience
