This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day activities.Knowledge of MV and LV switchgear, protection, control & SCADA system panels· Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus · Evaluating risk, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, reduce business liability. · Qualification for Quality and Safety: Design, develop and deliver BU quality, safety process and regulatory topics, including related training.
