The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining project-related documents, drawings, and records for substation projects to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient retrieval. This role ensures proper document control processes are followed to support engineering, construction, and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage all substation project documents, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, and approvals.

· Experience with electrical substation drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Other Requirements
· Strong proficiency in document control software, MS Office, and AutoCAD file handling.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and handle multiple project documents efficiently.

The Document Control Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining an effective document control system to ensure the accuracy, quality, security, and compliance of all controlled documents across the organization. This role ensures that documentation processes support operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
