JOB PURPOSE:
We're looking for a skilled storyteller and coordinator who will plan, craft, and deliver internal and external communications that amplify Kijamii's brand, culture, and work. The role manages day-to-day content across owned channels, prepares press and media materials, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Internal Communications:
- Own the internal comms calendar and rhythms across offices.
- Create and manage content for internal channels, including the agency's intranet, and announcements.
- Partner with People & Culture to capture and communicate internal initiatives & events.
External Communications:
- Develop high-quality written and visual content for the agency's owned channels, ensuring consistency with the agency's brand guidelines and voice.
- Build and run an editorial calendar that spotlights our work, capabilities, and people.
- Craft and package press releases, award entries, and thought leadership pieces.
- Maintain the agency's website, keeping the content current. Brief updates, publish content, and coordinate with development partners.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
1-3 years of communications experience in an agency or brand environment across the MENA region.
Skills
