Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end
    Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
    (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, Performance, and other HCM modules).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR requirements.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules in alignment with client needs and best practices.
  • Provide support for system testing, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HCM system issues while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Conduct
    end-user training and knowledge transfer
    sessions.
  • Stay updated with Oracle's quarterly updates and new HCM features, advising clients on adoption strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in Oracle HCM consulting, with at least
    2+ full-cycle Fusion HCM implementations
    .
  • Strong knowledge of at least
    two or more Fusion HCM modules
    (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Talent, Learning).
  • Experience with
    HCM extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and integrations
    .
  • Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is an advantage.
