**Position Summary**

The role of Business Consultant at Property Finder is crucial to the success of the company. A Business Consultant is responsible for retaining and growing our customer base through consistent business consultations, delivering coaching and training, all while using data to drive the conversation. Business Consultants carry a book of business in their respective areas and earn a bonus compensation plan based on achievement of key targets

**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn and become an expert on the Property Finder solution portfolio
- Sell various technology enabled advertising and property listing solutions to new Real Estate Brokerages
- Identifies opportunities and work with Sales Development Reps to qualify and win new prospects
- Use a consultative approach to identify prospects needs and preferences and match to an appropriate solution.
- Record opportunities and activities within Property Finder's SalesForce CRM on weekly basis
- Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent support and consultation.
- Prepare and present business proposals. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.

**Responsibilities**
+ _For a Professional of relevant work experience with expertise in EBS and Fusion SAAS application specially the HCM track who can work on a range of projects including Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll and Cloud ERP as a Technical specialist handling tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up, troubleshooting on existing technical solutions and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise,_ _responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy and execution_

Main Accountabilities:
Responsible for strategic improvements through development and deployment of lean strategy from a results achievement perspective:

- Implement the lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures
- Contribute to new business initiatives undertaken by the management and analyze their impact.
- Act as support to the Transformation Management Office with regards to design and development of identified lean initiatives within the transformation program.

Responsible for driving operational improvements through optimal synchronization of culture, people, resources and systems from a value creation perspective:

- Define, develop and publish business improvement standards and process documentation to reflect best practices.

- Identify and analyze complex operational data from multiple sources in order to synthesize actionable evidence of root cause or improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or BA.
- 5+ years in Lean &/or Project Management focusing on implementing operational change, management consulting experience is a plus.
- Hands on experience in delivering success change agendas.
- PMP/Prince II certification would be preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in Lean tools including but not limited to process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM.
- Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society.
- Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking skills.
