Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end
Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
(Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence, Performance, and other HCM modules). - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR requirements.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules in alignment with client needs and best practices.
- Provide support for system testing, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM system issues while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Conduct
end-user training and knowledge transfer
sessions. - Stay updated with Oracle's quarterly updates and new HCM features, advising clients on adoption strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in Oracle HCM consulting, with at least
2+ full-cycle Fusion HCM implementations
. - Strong knowledge of at least
two or more Fusion HCM modules
(Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Talent, Learning). - Experience with
HCM extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and integrations
. - Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is an advantage.
