Overview:

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our Egypt team. Reporting into our founding Director, Mohamed Poonawala (or their nominated deputy), you will have a critical role in delivering business growth and financial processes.
This will be a hybrid role with attendance at our Cairo office required 3 days a week.
We are looking for this to be a long-term role that develops as the business expands therefore offering opportunities for progression.
What will you do?
Growth Marketing
• Manage the marketing process for Dish'd franchise partner locations, regularly monitoring and adjusting strategies to drive consistent sales growth.
• Analyse weekly marketing data to identify emerging trends and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Working with the Data team to ensure marketing reporting requirements are met
• Working with internal and external stakeholders in managing local and national campaigns
