Overview of the role:
You will be responsible for efficiently and safely handling the receiving process, preparing and picking orders, and supporting overall warehouse operations with a strong understanding of IKEA procedures.

What you will do:

• Pick stock from the buffer area to refill shelves, based on what the store needs.
• Put away stock from the external warehouse into the buffer area, especially for the weekend.
• Be careful when picking and putting away stock to avoid mistakes and stock loss.
• Use all equipment safely and follow the correct work steps.
• Help move and arrange new stock from trucks to the sales floor and return extra stock to the buffer.
• Remove empty boxes and keep the area clean before the store opens.
• Handle stock carefully to avoid damage and help the store save money.

What you will need:

• Forklift operating license
• 1-2 year's retail warehouse experience, goods-flow/supply knowledge preferred

We're looking for a detail-oriented leader to join our Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team. We'll need you to ensure that we continue delivering as reliably as ever to our customers, with all teams maintaining their performance and quality of service.

When working on Inventory Control (IC), you'll carry out extensive analysis and research, as you come to understand and correct any vacancies in our inventory.

The other significant portion of your time will be devoted to Quality Assurance (QA). In this line of responsibility, you'll proactively audit team efficiency. For example: how closely everyone in your Fulfillment Center is adhering to agreed processes, while highlighting any discrepancies.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing the site-based Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team,
• You'll maintain Health and Safety standards within your sphere of influence, actively promoting a positive Health and Safety culture on-site,
• Monitor KPIs regarding accuracy and integrity of Quality and Inventory transactions; then, you'll provide feedback to Operations where necessary,
• Review and analyze customer defect data, while developing corresponding action plans to reduce and eliminate causes of any issues,
• On a daily, weekly and monthly basis: develop and execute action plans for increasing quality, inventory accuracy and service satisfaction,
• Partner with Management in the communication of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance policies and procedures: you'll keep an eye on compliance in your Fulfillment Center,
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Amazon's wider policies and procedures, including: (li)Interviewing and training both exempt and non-exempt employees,
• Assuming accountability for setting and meeting operational goals,
• Planning and forecasting,
• Assigning and directing work and employee deliverables,
• Performance appraisal of team members,
• Rewarding and disciplining employees where appropriate.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equal level qualification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and positively influence team behaviors,

Job objective
The Inventory control Analyst is responsible for assisting in maintaining and organizing plasma inventory management, production planning activities, and working with customers for scheduling plasma deliveries and associated activities.

Key responsibility

• Establishes production schedules for Plasma Unit (PU) clearing and Plasma Log (PL ) consolidation related to plasma manufacturing pool deliveries to manufacturing
• Analyzes inventory positions by plasma type versus targets.
• Monitors on-hand plasma inventory for obsolescent, expired or slow-moving inventory.
• Frequently communicates with material handling and clearing counterparts regarding production/clearing
• Schedules considering manufacturing demand, inventory, and timing.
• Frequently communicates with planning counterparts within manufacturing operations to review plasma requirements and determine optimized plasma delivery and utilizations schedules taking plasma types, supplier, etc. into consideration.
• Acts as a power user for the Plasma Logistics System (PLS) application, with focus on plasma planning module.
• Performs research which substantiates disposition of plasma inventory in blocked inventory status to be dispositioned for manufacturing use, downgraded to diagnostic material, or written-off.
• Assist with the generation of departmental KPIs and SOP reports/analyses.

Support the billing process for plasma deliveries to manufacturing and track, monitor, and report results.

• Reports all unsafe working situations or conditions to supervisor or Manager.

Academic Experience Required
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in health-related science.

Professional Experience Required
Typically requires 2 years of related experience. Supply chain, planning and/or logistics experience preferred. Experience in a medical and or a cGMP regulated environment preferred
