Job Description
A leading Maritime Company is hiring an experienced HSE Engineer. The person assigned to this position will be responsible for the maintenance and control of QHSSE’s practices both on site and in the office, as well as inspecting all activities and equipment to reassure proper operation and implementation of procedures.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Advises the projects workforce with all QHSSE’s matters and organizes training, inductions, and toolbox meetings.
- Inducts all new personnel with QHSSE polices.
- Participates in the review and development of the Project’s QHSSE plan.
- Assists in developing QHSSE policies and procedures, as well as recommends revisions of documents, as necessary.
- Ensures dissemination and implementation of new / revised QHSSE policies and procedures across the project.
- Monitors the daily QHSSE performance of company and identifies issues that require corrective action.
- Participates in or conducts QHSSE training for the Projects personnel as appropriate.
- Follows-up the implementation of the safety management system within field operation.
- Executes audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of QHSSE’s programs.
- Oversight of the auditing of Health and Safety practices across the project; the documentation of findings; the determination of corrective actions; and the monitoring of implementation plans for corrective actions.
- Coordinates the provision of adequate safety and accident prevention coverage throughout the various operational areas.
- Participates in accident / incident investigations, the documentation of causative factors, and the preparation of reports.
- Escalates and communicates important QHSSE’s issues and improvement initiatives to the QHSSE manager.
- Identifies and evaluates QHSSE’s risks and reports them to QHSSE Manager.
- Prepares (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) offshore QHSSE reports.
- Reports to QHSSE manger gaps in QHSSE performance and equipment/ needs to support safe execution and offshore operation.
**QHSSE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the organization’s policy commitments and other applicable Arrangements related to its QHSSE management system.
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety.
- Take reasonable care not to put other people - fellow employees and members of the public - at risk from what they do or don't do in the course of their work.
- Notify their line manager about any health, safety, or environmental concerns they have.
- Suggest improvements and being active in the general improvement of all Systems and methods of work to ensure Company operations are carried out in a personally and environmentally safe, reliable, and cost-effective way.

**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION**:
BSc. Of Engineering or any equivalent field
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- Very Good knowledge of HSE Standards & Diving Standards. (OSHA, NEBOSH, NIOSH, IOSH, IMCA, IOGP, ISO, SMS, etc.)
**EXPERIENCE**:
4 - 7 years’ experience in offshore projects QHSSE.
**SKILLS**:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Good knowledge of project management tools (MS project).
- Fluent in English written & spoken.

A leading Maritime company is seeking a Junior Survey Engineer. The survey engineer will be responsible for executing assigned on-Line navigation and positioning tasks.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assist in Installing and configuring positioning workstation.
- Implement anchor patterns.
- Prepare the anchor handling sheet at filed.
- Assist in the production of final report.
- Draw the run lines in the field and guide the survey vessel masters.

- AUTOCAD 2D / 3D highly preferable.
EXPERIENCE:

Inspection Diver / Photo Technician (Oil & Gas)

A leading maritime company is seeking an experienced Inspection Diver / Photo Technician. As an inspection diver you will perform regular diving duties plus the Photo Tech duties under the instructions of his supervisor, assistant supervisor and Co-ordinator. Maintain and upkeep all “Cameras”and “inspection equipment” on the vessel. Carry out all routine and emergency procedures as outlined in company’s documents.
**Detailed Responsibilities**:
- Perform all diving duties as instructed by the Supervisor.
- Carry out U/M marine growth for inspected areas.
- Carry out GVI, CVI, CP reading, UT reading, MPI and any inspection jobs needed.
- Ensures he is able to perform these duties in a competent and safe manner.
- Immediately assist any diver in operation that may be in difficulty during the course of a dive as a standby diver.
- Follow emergency procedures when necessary.
- Responsible for reading and understanding all diving and safety procedures formulated.
- Well prepare physically for the diving operation and assure self good conditions.
- Check all basic diving equipments which would be used in the dive before any operation, including any emergency equipment or ancillary equipment.
- Ensure after the dive completion that his equipment is cleaned and stowed and for bringing any equipment faults to the attention of the Supervisor.
- Represents the Company on board of any vessel and must conduct properly at all time.
- Comply with the vessel’s safety requirements.
- Confine any grievance, complaint or criticism to his immediate Supervisor or Operations Manager.
**Photo Tech**:
- Develop and print photos and or videos in a competent manner.
- Deal with different techniques of developing black and white negatives, developing coloured negatives and printing quality coloured and/or black prints.
- Maintain all photographic equipments including cameras, flashes, enlargers, developing kits, and upkeep all chemicals and associated photo lab facilities.
- Follow the instructions of the Diving Supervisor/Co-ordinator to prepare identification requirements and tools for the required photos.
- Protect oneself, colleagues, worksites, equipment and the environment.
**HSE Responsibilities**
Adequate understanding of job hazards to complete any assigned task safely.
**Will be responsible for**:
- Follow supervisor’s instructions which are in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Learning and executing operational procedures on Health, Safety and Environmental Protection for the job in hand.
- Use personnel protective clothing and equipment as provided.
- Report any hazardous condition to the immediate supervisor and warning colleagues for their safety or health as necessary.
- Maintain Hand Tolls, Plant and Equipment in safe working condition and reporting any defect to the immediate supervisor.
- Report any accidents, however small and near-misses to the supervisor.
- Participate in HSE Meetings and contributing ideas to promote HSE causes.
- Participate in Safety incentive schemes.
- Participate in Tool Box Talks.

- Maintain Equipment and his personal PPOE in best shape.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in any related field or it's equivalent.
The following:
- HSE Part 1 or Equivalent.
- NDT.
- CSWIP 3.1U and 3.2U
- Diving First Aid.
Possess an approved medical certificate and current valid logbook.
**Experience**:
- 3 years of experience in the offshore diving preferred in Oil & Gas and or related industry.
- 2 years of which as a diver inspection.
- 2 years as a Photo Technician.
- Age from 28 - 50 Years.
**Competencies**:
Shall have enough knowledge, experience and training in various diving operations.
**Skills**:
Good in written and spoken English.
