Help us craft fast, reliable interfaces on web and mobile for Maxwel—the world's first Second Mind. You will own features end to end, from UI polish to performance and release quality, in a collaborative team that ships to production frequently.

Responsibilities:

• Build accessible, responsive UIs with React for web and React Native for iOS and Android, aiming for shared patterns and components where practical.

• Integrate front ends with REST APIs, handle auth and error states, and maintain reliability under real-world conditions.

• Own mobile delivery: navigation, deep links, push notifications, runtime permissions, and app-store submissions.

• Set up and maintain mobile tooling: React Native framework choice, Expo or bare workflow, Metro bundler, EAS or Xcode and Gradle, OTA updates when appropriate.

• Instrument performance and quality: profiling, crash reporting, analytics, and CI for web and mobile.

• Use AI coding tools responsibly, participate in code reviews, and document patterns for repeatability.

• Triage and fix bugs across device sizes and OS versions, keep the backlog healthy, and propose improvements.

Qualifications:
