Requisition ID: 28385- Job Location(s): Graasten, DKDanfoss Drives is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical Product Engineering team of 10 skilled and committed engineers, driving product innovation and customer satisfaction by combining innovative product knowledge, engineering skills, and new technology into solutions.
We are engineering solutions which help increasing energy efficiency and thus lowering carbon emissions. At Danfoss Drives in Graasten we develop and produce variable speed drives; The VLT®, which is a part of our green strategy, to develop electronics for a sustainable tomorrow.

**Responsibilities**:
If you take the opportunity as our new Electrical Engineer, you will experience a wide range of responsibilities, in bigger projects and in diverse smaller range of tasks. You will be working with a variety of different technologies within electronics, collaborating with cross organization functions as well as meeting suppliers and customers.
You will become technical responsible in all aspects of developing power electronics including component qualification, circuits design, printed circuit board
- and VLT® analysis, as well as coordinating the implementation of your solution to the product in our production. Furthermore, you will be working with:
- Technologies like SMPS, inductors, IGBT, gate-drive, thyristors, and basic analog circuit
- Engineering test in our own lab incl. troubleshooting and redesigning
- Circuit simulation as well as failure mode analysis
**Background & Skills**:
You have a Bachelor
- or Master degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent. You have some years of experience within design of electronics (preferrable power electronics) and are used to work with basic analog-, and probably also with EMC correct design. You might even be familiar with other focus areas like digital design or embedded electronics.
On a more personal note, you thrive on solving technical problems, both independently and together with a multidisciplinary engineering team, and you are not afraid of jumping into new tasks. You have a high sense of urgency, you manage to work on several fronts, and understand the importance of involving others.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency.
- Lead/support the working team administratively and technically on daily basis.
- Achieve and analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports.
- Achieve & follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas consumption.
- Control the maintenance expenses on a weekly basis.
- Revise and sign on SPs( Spare Parts) withdrawal above MLE 10.
- Cooperate with purchasing department for any technical issues.
- Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis.
- Revise the work orders completion with spare parts withdrawal and ensure that the replaced used parts are returned back to the Store.
- Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure spare parts availability.
- Review and sign on purchasing orders and technically approve supplier’s offers.
- Revise, check and approve imported spare parts orders.
- Technically inspect/accept new spare parts and receive on the system.
- Make sure that all workshop equipment is working properly.
- Participate in planning and preparation for projects.
- Follow up on contractors’ daily performance & on site activities progress, ensuring quality & conformity to specifications.
- Annual revise for equipment fixed assists registry.
- Responsible for implementing AIBI(American Institute for Baking Industry Audit), TPM(Total Productive Maintenance), EMS(Environmental Management System) ERP (Employee Risk Protection) systems
- Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM(preventive maintenance) programs.
- Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new team members.
- Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure proper implementation of the required aspects in each step.
**Qualifications**
- Engineering Graduate (Electrical Major)
- 1-2 years of Experience in the same field
- Leadership skills.
- Communication & Presentation skills.
- Write and speak English fluently.
- Good computer skills
- Time Management.
- Problems Analysis and solving
