Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and oversee the daily operations of the central equipment workshop.

Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory):
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in maintaining and managing heavy construction equipment.
- Expert-level technical knowledge of heavy equipment systems (CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, etc.) – engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Proven track record in developing and executing preventive maintenance programs that significantly increase fleet availability.
- High proficiency in using ERP systems for maintenance and workshop management.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Previous working experience in the GCC region or similar Middle Eastern markets is highly preferred.
