Role Description

• Monitor the implementation of the Company's business strategy.

Job Purpose

The Internal Financial Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of financial risk management, internal controls, and governance processes across Leader Group's entities. This role ensures compliance with international accounting standards, Saudi market regulations, and internal policies, while providing independent, objective assurance and recommendations to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee financial audits across all business units and subsidiaries (especially those operating in the Saudi market).
• Assess the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial statements, records, and reports.
• Evaluate internal controls and risk management systems to ensure they are effective and compliant.
• Identify areas of financial and operational risk and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
