Job Vacancy: Financial Audit Manager – Retail –

We are expanding our financial team and seeking a Financial Audit Manager – Retail to lead and oversee the pre-disbursement audit process and ensure strong internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee pre-disbursement financial audits and ensure accuracy and compliance of all supporting documents.

Review and approve payment orders in line with company policies and financial regulations.

Examine contracts, invoices, and payment documents prior to release.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure all requirements are met before processing payments.

Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and international accounting standards (IFRS).

Develop and enhance internal audit procedures to minimize financial risks.

Prepare regular audit reports and recommendations for senior management.

Supervise and mentor the audit team, providing technical guidance and training.

Liaise with external auditors when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certification preferred (CPA – CMA – ACCA).

8–10 years of progressive experience in auditing/financial review, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS), Egyptian financial regulations, and internal control systems.

Advanced analytical and risk assessment skills.

Excellent command of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Risk Management Expert will be to develop and provide an overview of the Mitigation Plan (for risks), the Exploitation Plan (for opportunities) and Confidence Levels and associated Action Plans for the key interface milestone dates on the Integrated Schedule, so facilitating Senior Management decision making.

The Risk Management Expert will be proficient with Risk Software such as ARM to be able to carry out his/ her duties. Once engaged on the Project, the Risk Management Expert will become a central figure in the Senior Team and will also perform a key role in the Weekly and Monthly Reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years general qualification experience

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to integrate Risk Management best practices to minimize and mitigate negative threats/outcomes through the applied ERM Manual & Procedures. Some of the areas of risk in which financial, operational, etc. risk managers may be specialized.

Responsibilities:

·   Manage the company's risk management activities across all Schemes & VAS services provided to members/clients.

·   Prepare Reports and Monitor Company Risk Appetite and KRIs.

·   Perform Different type of Risk Assessments and Control Self Assessments.

·   Analyze these risks to find out the amount and weight of the risk, as well as the frequency of its recurrence and the consequences of its occurrence.
