**What You'll Do**:
This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to Egypt Accounting Manager
**Responsibility**
- Manage month-end Reconciliations for Fixed Assets, Prepaids, Lease, Payroll, Accruals, and Intangible Assets.
- Perform routine accounting functions such as account/ledger maintenance, posting and reporting.
- Conduct a monthly balance sheet and P&L review and close all actions agreed upon the following month
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Coordinate in all external audits
- Set up supplier payments through the bank portal
- Create and own weekly cash flow reports
**Job Designation**:

Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently
and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the
time.
**What You Bring**:

- Recognized accounting qualification
- At least 3 year of Accountant experience
- Speak fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred**
- Business related degree
- Experience in a multi-national company, preferably US Headquartered
- Exposure to working in a multi-currency environment
- Experience with Oracle or other large well-known ERP/accounting systems
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously

**Role purpose**: Financial Accounting supervisor will ensure that all financial and accounting operations within the finance operations department run smoothly. He will oversee the work of financial accounting staff, review the monthly financial statements data to ensure accuracy,reconcile all general ledger accounts and set all directions regarding accounting standards
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Manage month end closing process up to the issuance of the monthly results
- Manage year-end closing including communication with External Auditors

- Manage and plan for the monthly KPIs.

**Must have technical/professional qualifications**:
- Adequate financial accounting experience at least 3 year relevent experience (English study is a must)
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Full understanding of accounting standards and VGIP policy
- Excellent command of written & oral English language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills (Mastering the MS office)
- Advanced Ability to work under pressure
