Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven 
Sales Associate
 to join our growing team. This 
field role
 is responsible for selling our 
yearly POS-based cashier subscription service
 to retailers (supermarkets, groceries, poultry shops, butcheries, vegetable shops, pet shops, etc.), empowering them with our in-shop POS system, directly connected to their online profile and marketplace account.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Grow subscriptions for the 
    Cashier / POS system
     by securing yearly plans.
  • Convert 
    inbound leads
     from online applications provided by the Marketing/CRM team.
  • Conduct 
    cold acquisition in the field
     (visiting retailers, door-to-door selling).
  • Present, pitch, and close retail partners by demonstrating the system benefits.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of daily visits, conversions, and leads.
  • Assist retailers in completing the subscription & onboarding process.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with retailers as their main POC.
  • Provide real-time market feedback to 
    Marketing
     and 
    Operations
     teams regarding lead quality and challenges.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years proven experience in 
    field sales / outdoor sales / POS sales / FMCG sales
    .
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Comfortable with 
    on-the-ground prospecting & door-to-door sales
    .
  • Resilient, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Basic familiarity with technology/mobile apps & POS systems.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.

To identify a develop sales potential by effectively influencing dental clinicans, dealers, dental schools, institutions, group practices in order to ensure sales and revenue targets are in line with the business objectives.

Post holders will:

  • Apply the sales process to varied selling solutions and with different customers, with the result sales targets are met or exceeded.

Report on competitor activities across the region, working with the Marketing team and the Commercial Leader accordingly

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnel
  • Comply with all corporate governance requirements and regulatory requirements
  • Work with the Clinical Educators in regards KOL meetings/presentations
  • Assist in the training and coaching of new sales colleagues
  • Maintain and update the CRM (customer database)
  • Colloborate on marketing programmes by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
  • Be able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the products
