Job Description
We are now looking for a Managed Service Field Maintenance Senior Manager. In this role, you will secure delivery performance in alignment with the argument and managed service targets, manage contractors, Resources utilization and OHS needs to match company’s culture and rules.You will be responsible to secure the quality and cost of the services delivered from their delivery unit. You will need to understand and act upon the end-to-end delivery performance even when the delivery is fragmented, thru a proper coordination with a MS Delivery Manager responsible for other parts of the delivery.
**What you will do**
- Lead MS delivery operational, subcontractor management and financial performance.
- Lead Cost optimization and efficiency improvement changes in field.
- Establish link between NOC and FM activities
- Handle specific contract delivery performance E2E
- Conduct Operating Level Agreements (OLA) signed with other service delivery units
- Drive operational excellence with efficiency control
- Identify delivery trends possible Add on Sale.
- Interface and manage customers’ expectations.
- Review ways of working and push towards field Automation
**You will bring**
- Education: Engineering Major
- Min years of experience (10 Years expertise in FM)
- Domain experience: Field Maintenance support function, EHS Awareness and control, Field Automation

In this role, you will significantly impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations through the provision of exceptional technical support and service.
Key Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
+ Manage end-to-end service operations processes from Order to Cash, ensuring compliance with company standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful implementation of solutions, coordinating efforts to meet customer needs.
+ Conduct training sessions for customers and field service team members to enhance understanding and utilization of our solutions.
+ Stay current with industry trends and advancements to provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement.
You must have:
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems.
+ Strong knowledge of project cycles, materials, and cost analysis.
+ Proficient ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
+ Proven capability to manage service jobs and/or projects within established standards and budget constraints.
