Responsibilities:

• Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency.
• Applying maintenance procedures and ensure people and equipment safety.
• Lead/support the working team administratively and technically on daily basis.
• Achieve and analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports.
• Troubleshooting different control problems (PLC , Drives ,…ect)
• Aware of different electrical instrumentation's devices.
• Achieve & follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas consumption.
• Control the maintenance expenses on a weekly basis.
• Revise and sign on SPs( Spare Parts) withdrawal above MLE 10.
• Cooperate with purchasing department for any technical issues.
• Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis.
• Revise the work orders completion with spare parts withdrawal and ensure that the replaced used parts are returned back to the Store.
• Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure spare parts availability.
• Review and sign on purchasing orders and technically approve supplier's offers.
• Revise, check and approve imported spare parts orders.
• Technically inspect/accept new spare parts and receive on the system.
• Make sure that all workshop equipment is working properly.
• Participate in planning and preparation for projects.
• Follow up on contractors' daily performance & on site activities progress, ensuring quality & conformity to specifications.
• Annual revise for equipment fixed assists registry.
• Responsible for implementing AIBI(American Institute for Baking Industry Audit), TPM(Total Productive Maintenance), EMS(Environmental Management System) ERP (Employee Risk Protection) systems.
• Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM(preventive maintenance) programs.
• Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new team members.
• Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure proper implementation of the required aspects in each step.Measures:
• Plant Net and True Efficiency
• Technical downtime /MTBF/MTTR
• Achieving AOP.
• Quality KPIs
• Audit scores ( AIB, FS22000, QSHA, and internal audits)
• Delivering Daily Report (per shift ) to Maintenance Manager
• Monthly inspection on safety devices assuring 100% compliance
• Planned Maintenance compliance

• Engineering Graduate (Electrical Major)
• 1-2 years of Experience in the same field

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of production machinery breakdowns
2. Re-design and manufacture of damaged parts for production machines
3. Modifying some parts of the machines that have frequent breakdowns
4. Identify machines failure through its PLC, modify or replace defect PLC parts or modify software on request
5. Aware about Lenze, Delta, Schneider and siemens PLC and motion controller's software and hardware
6. Make purchase orders for damaged parts
7. Follow-up breakdowns and its quality
8. Follow up the stock of maintenance warehouse
9. Training of new technicians, coaching and performing appraisal
10. Arrange breakdowns according to production orders
11. Performance evaluation of maintenance technicians
12. Follow up on repairing machines with production engineers and supervisors
13. Follow up notifications of breakdowns with the Planning Department
14. Follow up purchase orders with the purchasing department

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Overview:

• To provide technical supervision, execution and control in the area of mechanical maintenance activity to ensure the provision of safety cost effective, proactive maintenance and engineering services.

Responsibilities:

Health & Safety:

• Ensure full compliance with Lafarge safety standards, promote safety culture and safe practices among the entire work-force.
• Ensure all Batch Plant employees are operating in a safe working environment.
• Provide monthly reporting and statistics regarding safety performance and incidents.
• Ensure that all employees and contractors are following the Health & Safety regulations.
• Conduct VPC and direct other key members in the company to do the same.
• Submit the safety figures on monthly basis to the company and discuss areas of improvement.
• Participate in investigations in major safety incidents.
• Assume key responsibility for developing H&S improvement plan and relevant action plans.
• Attend all plant safety meetings.
• Achieve Annual Health and safety personal objectives.

Functional:

• Follow up with the mechanical maintenance team for maintaining all batch plant equipment in order to ensure continuous operations,
• Lead a preventive maintenance process, plan for it daily, weekly and monthly, as well as plan for large malfunctions recovery without affecting the production schedule.
• Maintains and updates the preventive maintenance program and its master plan (inspection, preventive maintenance and lubrication programs) ensuring quality and relevance as well as implementation.
• Follow up on the maintenance activities and be able to deal with the sudden malfunction to minimize the MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
• Deal with all malfunctions in a professional way to maximize the MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure).
• Follow up with all RMX plants installations and make sure that the installations comply with Lafarge-Holcim Safety Standards.
• Follow up on the warehouse spare parts and make a plan to purchase the required SP, and do the work order for the used spare parts using
  SAP.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills:

• RMX Industry Background.
• Excellent Knowledge of
  mechanical installation standards.
• Excellent Knowledge of

  maintenance.
