**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Focus on the safe execution of the daily preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Support in performing power stations & plant’s utilities units minor/major breakdowns troubleshooting.
- Assign the work to individual employees
- Provide schedule and feedback to the planner/scheduler to improve job plans, job timing, and coordination
- Follow maintenance plan execution with timelines & accountabilities
- Accomplish documentation and report requirements for any maintenance activities
- Guide, supervise and support the technicians and subcontractors on conduct of maintenance activities & tasks
- Participate, lead, or prepare root cause failure analysis
- Analyze the machines down time and report it to the Maintenance Manager
- Understand basics of Maintenance Management - Define best maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
**What You Bring**
- B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Expert level in English and Arabic language is mandatory & computer skills
- Knowledge of maintenance of valves and pumps in a power plant
- Troubleshooting skills
- Basic leadership skills
- Able to work a rotating shift schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in mechanical engineering work
- You have proven experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Power Stations in "Operation & Maintenance"
- Specialized knowledge of mechanical maintenance of Gas and Steam Turbine, Generator, HRSG and BOP (Gas Plant, Water Treatment, Cooling Tower)
- Knowledge of welding methods and NDT - read reports of welding inspection
- Knowledge of engineering of balancing and shaft alignment
- Knowledge of thermal analysis techniques and interpret oil analysis
- Strong communication skills and leadership skills
- Cost focus and awareness
