Role Description

. You will gain hands-on experience managing a large-scale event while working directly with multiple stakeholders.

The internship is designed for 5
months

flexible and open

  • First Month:
    Unpaid trial to prove your skills and deliver value.
  • From Second Month:
    The internship can become
    paid
    based on your performance.
  • Before the 5 months end:
    Exceptional performance may lead to an
    early transition into Part-time or Full-time
    employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing USAM's upcoming event.
  • Coordinate logistics: venue setup, schedules, registrations, and materials.
  • Support communication with startups, companies, incubators, speakers, and students.
  • Work closely with the BD and marketing teams to secure sponsors, partners, and attendees.
