They utilize tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio software, and DataStage (formerly Ascential) - IBM's WebSphere Data Integration Suite. This role involves creating and implementing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data throughout the business intelligence solution's lifecycle.

* Expertise in Snowflake, Azure/Fabric, DBT, BW, Python, SQL and must have excellent understanding of databases.
* Must have experience with Cloud data integration.
* Good knowledge of Data Modeling, industrial modeling, Analytic model, data architecture, dimensional modeling, 3rd normal form model, Kimball model, Inmon model, Data Integration and Business Intelligence.
* Demonstrated ability in solutioning covering data ingestion, data cleansing, ETL, data mart creation and exposing data for consumers.

2. Develop both physical and logical data models.
3. Prepare designs for database systems and recommend improvements for performance.
4. Engage with Business Stakeholders to ensure that Data Warehouse Strategies are developed in
alignment with business outcomes and corporate goals and strategies.
5. Promote and guide the Data Warehouse team to the principles and contents of Technology Strategies to
ensure their correct implementation and adherence.
6. Provide support throughout project life cycles, including during the delivery and implementation of solutions,
ensuring patterns and development standards are understood and adhered to.
7. Ensure that Data governance standards are fully adhered to, with oversight of data modeling work.
8. Support warehouse development to optimize performance.
9. Work closely with Stakeholders and Business Analysts to analyze and translate business requirements into
practical technical requirements and appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience with at least 10 years of Data warehouse architecture/management/design.
- Track record of managing the architecture of multiple change projects/programs in a complex environment
- Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining
- Highly results-driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a very fast-paced environment where
the pace and quality of response is critical to success
- Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and add value to a team
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Must be cooperative, flexible, and able to work well with others
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
- Hands on experience in the Insurance sector or Financial Services is preferred
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
