- Act as a personal guide for clients, helping them set and achieve wellness goals.
- Engage in one-on-one sessions to understand individual aspirations, wellness history, and potential roadblocks.
- Offer personalized recommendations and strategies based on each client's unique circumstances.
- Collaboration with Professionals
- Actively liaise with wellness practitioners such as nutritionists, therapists, and trainers to craft a full wellness plan
- Organize and coordinate joint sessions or interventions when necessary.
- Ensure open communication among all involved parties for solid care. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly solicit feedback from clients on their wellness journey.
- Analyse feedback to identify gaps or areas of improvement in the organization's services.
- Propose innovative solutions and modifications to the wellness programs based on client feedback.
- Any tasks to be assigned.
- Preferably with nursing experience or holding a nursing certificate.

Thanks to their partnership, our current valuation has reached $2.5 billion. We are seeking qualified Life & Wellness Coaches to join our coaching network as a 1099 contract provider. Our coaches partner with our members in a safe, non-judgemental, and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth. Coaches will be responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in the areas that matter most to them.
What You'll Do:
- Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients in your region via video or phone.
- Support adults with setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
- Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of your session notes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.
- Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
Who You Are:
Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards (e.g., APAC, DVCT, ASESCO, NOBCO, SFCoach, ICC).
Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience firmly required.
Adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including but not limited to, NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
You're comfortable with technology and are telehealth competent.
You are committed to quality care, want to expand your capabilities, and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
