**The Position**:
Requires supporting development, implementing, and reviewing of EHS programs and procedures to Oracle Egypt.
You will develop a close working relationship with managers and staff within Oracle and where appropriate, external bodies, will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of effective policies, organizational arrangements and systems to protect the health and safety of its employees, contracted staff, visitors and the public while minimizing operational impact to the environment.
The full-time role is based at Oracle Egypt Limited office in Cairo; however, it may involve travel to other regional locations to support business needs.

To be successful, you need to be a responsible individual with broad understanding of EHS international standards, detail oriented, analytical, with strong leadership abilities, having excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of English language.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of Environmental, Health & Safety programs, and procedures in line with Oracle’s EHS Policy to ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensures and maintains full compliance with current, emerging or changing Occupational Health & Safety as well as Environmental regulations.
- Drives different approaches to raise the management and employee awareness towards a culture that integrates EHS programs and procedures within everyday business.
- Undertakes EHS evaluations, inspections, provides recommendations, and liaise with different stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of EHS posture at different facilities in line with Local Regulatory as well as Corporate Standard requirements.
- Develops, adapts, plans, and delivers EHS related trainings to complement Regional and Corporate Strategy & fulfill regulatory needs.
- Engages with key stakeholders with a predefined set of targets focused on improving EHS compliance, awareness, and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Tracks, reports injury or illness to appropriate agencies, investigates and ensures remedial actions are completed.
- Provides enough flexibility to accommodate developing and rising needs within role.
- Provides advisory EHS support to management, employees, contractors, and others
- Support EHS management requirements on report writing, statistical analysis and incident & accident trend studies.

The Food Safety Specialist will be responsible for leading the implementation of food safety requirements and guidelines within the factory while maintaining a high level of efficiency, and training staff to drive continuous improvement within the Culinary category.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Maintain compliance with the Nestlé Integrated Management System and other applicable instructions, standards, and support production to ensure product specific standards.
- Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise e.g., hygiene, foreign body, and HACCP.
- Organize and lead periodic HACCP reviews as well as maintain QMS updated.
- Deliver training of HACCP methodology, control measures and lead the factory HACCP studies update.

- Bachelor’s degree of Food Science, Pharmacy or Agriculture (preferred food engineering)
- At least 2-4 years of experience.
- HACCP knowledge and experience is a must.
- FSSC 22000 lead auditor is a must.
- ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor/awareness.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- SAP User is preferable.
- Experience with facilitating trainings (preferable TOT certification).
