The purpose of this role is to manage the processes of acquiring and retaining new customers as well as growing the e-commerce business from a demand perspective.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Strategic Role**
- Develops the Business-to-Consumer marketing or demand strategy and action plans.
- Oversees and manages the implementation of the marketing and demand strategies in collaboration with external service providers when required.
- Conducts frequent competitor analysis to assess the organization’s position in the market.
