**Title: Sales Director**

**Responsibilities**:
The Director of Sales manages and oversees the sales operations. His main duties include designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients & channel partners, identify key markets and evaluating costs to determine their products' pricing when selling to customers.

1. Designing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
2. Acquire, enable and develop channel partners in the different international markets
3. Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and maximize sales
performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner.
4. Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
5. Manage the entire sales cycle from demand generation up to closure along with the company

maximum satisfaction
7. Maintaining an effective sales team by recruiting and training employees. This process also
includes monitoring, appraising and disciplining members of the team.
8. Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and maximize sales
performance in the most efficient, cost effective and commercial manner.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is a plus
- +10 years of experience with at least 3 years in managing sales organization
- Experience in hiring and developing a high performing sales team
- Proven record in achieving sales targets in international markets
- Extensive experience with developing and managing sales channels

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Bilingual proficiency-fluent in English and Arabic
- Sales and Marketing of Products and Solutions in the Company’s Portfolio.
- Project selling, technical discussions, system engineering, formulation, and costing.
- Achieving the target set from time to time.
- Keep abreast with latest developments and trends in the marketplace, document/report this information and implement the business plan accordingly.
- Assist in the development of products and identify products suitable for the mentioned region.
- Generation reports, billing information, financial statements, MIS report and other related information.
- Driving Business growth through strategic, tactical and integrated marketing.
- Design and Develop sales and marketing strategy in line with the developments in the market.
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping by accurately entering information in a timely manner consistent with the office guidelines.
- Organize and conduct presentations to corporate and prospective clients.
- Constantly monitor the developments in the region from business perspective and action accordingly
- Traveling on Business if required.
- Keep confidentiality and should not disclose trade secrets of the company.
- Actively participate in providing ideas to improve the procedure and work environment.
- Maintain excellent communication links with related companies and other department’s staff and work in full cooperation.
- Fulfill any other tasks assigned from time to time.
