Job Summary:

You will conduct energy analytics to inform planning and operations, integrating internal and external facility datasets. Using modern data tools, you'll collect, validate, analyze, and visualize results for technical and executive audiences. Project examples include analysis of facility energy and asset data to identify energy and cost-saving opportunities and/or the optimal location for distributed energy resources, analysis to assess energy efficiency potential across different end-use sectors, and statistical modeling to estimate the energy and environmental impacts Energy optimization measures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts primary and secondary data collection; compiles and maintains databases such as inventory of buildings and assets, energy and operational use, and energy efficiency project performance.
  • Performs energy tracking, monitoring, and analysis to identify energy and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyzes, interprets, and communicates data from sources such as utility meters and bills, facility operations, and public data to reach conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Organizes and performs statistical modeling to identify energy trends or deviations, support energy planning, and forecast utility consumption and budgets.
  • Uses software and data tools to manage and visualize data for analysis and reporting, including customizing software and tools to align with the organization's goals, needs, and conditions.
  • Plans, designs, and conducts analysis to support program implementation, such as identifying Significant Energy Users (SEUs) within a facility and calculating the Energy Use Intensity of different facilities.
  • Writes clear and concise descriptions of data, methodology, and results for inclusion in reports and presentations; prepares and presents results; creates support documentation for software and tools.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience organizing and analyzing energy data.
  • Understanding of building design and energy use concepts and metrics.
  • Experience applying a range of statistical analyses to practical decision-making contexts.
  • Experience using web-based data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3, Google Charts).
  • Experience with predictive modeling, data mining, or machine-learning techniques would be a plus.
  • Experience using Python, R, SQL, MATLAB, or other programming languages to analyze data sets would be a plus.

Job Description

Support the delivery of multiple project streams within the Product Development department. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of assigned features or product initiatives, working closely with the Senior PM, Project Analyst, Solution Architect + QA, and internal and outsourced development teams. This role is designed as a learning and growth position, with increasing responsibility over time.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Project Delivery & Roadmap Execution


• Own 2–3 project streams or features from requirements to release.

• Track and report progress, risks, and blockers to the Senior PM.

Discovery & User Research

Responsibilities

  • Owns the technical win strategy for each opportunity. Engage with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to translate their priorities and goals to solution vision by addressing business challenges, prioritized with business value and by leveraging deep Dynamics 365 F&SC expertise to secure technical decisions.
  • Orchestrates customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 F&SC, Copilot Studio, AI Agents.
  • Leads proof-of-Concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, documenting POC outcomes and mapping customer solution requirements. Translate these findings into detailed technical plans – including migration pathways to D365, recommended migration tools – with clear milestones and risk mitigation strategies, captured in a Technical Close Plan for seamless hand-off to SI partners.
  • Showcases Microsoft's unique value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions to win technical decisions against major competitors. Anticipate and address technical blockers – such as AI-related compliance, privacy, or security concerns – early in the sales process, developing mitigation plans that instill confidence in D365 solutions.
  • Leverages the Microsoft partner ecosystem to enhance and scale solution delivery from early stages to assist with complex demos, POCs, and solution builds, ensuring their industry or domain expertise complements the sales strategy. Orchestrate co-selling and co-innovation with partners.
  • Works closely with the Customer Success Unit (CSU) and deployment teams to ensure customers realize value from their Dynamics 365 investments. Secure a clear deployment plan for every deal, including agreed success metrics and adoption milestones. Drive early adoption of high-value, consumption-based features like Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 AI Agents by capturing usage intent during pre-sales and incorporating it into the Technical Close Plan.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise solution engineering or technical sales roles.
  • Track record of owning technical win strategies and leading complex customer engagements
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor and thought leader; actively contributes to community learning and cross-team coaching of junior engineers.
  • Proven years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND a few years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND a couple years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience
  • Professional English proficiency;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solutions pre-sales best practices including but not limited to; discovery, building and crafting solution strategies that differentiate from the competition, value-based selling, identifying, and expanding product opportunities
  • Proven years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Deep Understanding of Sales and Service Dynamics 365 solutions like Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, and AI Agents offerings like Copilot Studio
  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., D365, Power Platform).
