2. Ensure the Proper Collection of the Data.
3. Weekly reporting from the Area Managers about the:
I Number of delivered samples by each health educator and data collection.
II Number of births.
III Competition.
IV Stock in the touch points and stocks with the HES
4. Evaluate and send the planned deliveries for the HEs for the next month.
5. Assure with Health Educators on the Delivery Notes signed (upon delivery).
6. Gathering all the POPS for invoicing purposes monthly and assure the quality of them in order to be sent to the Senior Management team.
7. Prepare and approve the Plans of visits in touch points for the area managers:
I In the base cities; weekly.
II In the nearby cities: bimonthly.
III In the far cities; every 4 months.
Note: with the touch points that the visits ore bimonthly or 4 months the communication via telephone shall be monthly
- Monthly meeting with the Area Manager and the Health Educators:
I Training.
II Evaluation of the sampling process (follow up on storage, deliveries, samples etc.).
III Evaluation of the data collection.
IV Delivery of the data Cards.
