Position Overview
:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Digital Media Planner & Buyer with 7–10 years of experience in e-commerce-focused digital marketing. This role requires a performance-driven mindset with strong capabilities in media planning, paid media execution, campaign optimization, and ROAS-focused analysis. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Amazon advertising , Google Search & Display Advertising, and adept at coordinating social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities
:


•  Develop and execute digital media strategies for internal marketing campaigns across platforms.


•  Plan, buy, and optimize paid media campaigns, particularly on Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.


•  Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics with a strong focus on ROAS and conversion data.


•  Work closely with the in-house graphics team to brief and review creative content for ads and posts.


•  Manage and coordinate the social media content calendar across platforms.


•  Analyze campaign data using Excel and other tools to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas.


•  Regularly test creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize campaign efficiency.


•  Maintain a high standard of campaign documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:


•  2-5 years of proven experience in digital media planning and buying, preferably in e-commerce.


•  Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.


•  Excellent Excel skills and comfort with calculations, pivot tables, and performance modeling.


•  Strong analytical mindset with an ability to work under a data-first approach.


•  Experience managing creative development processes and working with graphic design teams.


•  Fluent in English with strong communication and organizational skills.
