**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Junior Media Buyer role located in Tampa, FL. The Junior Media Buyer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with media buying, including media strategy, media planning, and analytical skills. Clear and concise communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. The Jr. Media Buyer will be responsible for running digital campaigns across multiple advertising channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Google).

**Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging ad content.
- Update clients daily on Discord with a comprehensive report of the day's activities, providing transparency and building trust.
- Maintain a record of the return on investment (ROI) for each client's marketing efforts, allowing us to measure campaign effectiveness and communicate value to clients.
- Conduct regular biweekly meetings with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and align strategies with their evolving needs. (Take meetings with clients based on the package selected)
- Emphasize over-communication to ensure clients are well-informed about marketing initiatives, thus promoting a positive client experience.
- Address challenges promptly and transparently, avoiding unnecessary delays and seeking solutions to maintain smooth operations.
