**The opportunity**

**Your key responsibilities**
As a member of the Business Consulting team, you’ll help the world’s leading organizations improve their performance in a rapidly changing environment with adequate enablement of finance transformation and technologies. You’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. You will also take the lead in developing and growing our business and client network, building relationships with our clients’ key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall revenue generation efforts of the consulting wide organization.
**Skills and Attributes for success**
You should have Consulting experience in Finance Transformation, within the Financial Services domain/industry:
- Increase how finance works cross functionally as part of an extended ecosystem to enable new business models and value creation
- Improve data and analytics capabilities to transform forecasting, risk management, and understanding of value drivers
- Take strategic decisions on what will be sourced, recruited, retained, and/or developed/upskilled to transform finance talent into a sustainable workforce
- Make significant changes to the finance function operating model and skill set utilizing a best-in-class model of internal and partner resources/ assets
- Reduce finance function costs through new technologies, and automation
- Optimize usage of Global Business Services (GBS) infrastructure, outsourcing, and SSC’s
- Process optimization across Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Order-To-Cash (OTC), and Record-To-Report (RTR)
- Leverage Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to budget for and plan using appropriate technology

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- 4-8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Big4 Consulting or any other Global consulting experience as a consultant
- MENA based experience (preferred)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate business deals and make business proposals
- Develop and maintain relationship at C-suite level
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
- A Master’s Degree and/or CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA professional qualifications
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region

**What You’ll Do**

- Participate in implementing our digital banking solutions to customer’s sites
- Lead Team and Interact with Bank C- level excutive and IT team for Technical proposal & product solution discssion.
- Analysis of customer’s requirements and fitment into the Banking solution provided by Oracle.

**DESCRIPTION**:
**What You’ll Do**
Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. You will:
- Participate in implementing our digital banking solutions to customer’s sites
- Lead Team and Interact with Bank C- level excutive and IT team for Technical proposal & product solution discssion.
- Analysis of customer’s requirements and fitment into the Banking solution provided by Oracle.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills
- Develop programs as per specifications/requirements given by oracle/customer within planned schedule. He/she must use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverable that meet quality expectations of oracle/client.
- Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for oracle/customer.
- Coordinate with offshore team for various technical deliverables including customizations and support teams for patches, fixes.
- Developing programs as per specifications/requirements given by oracle/customer within planned schedule
- Using defined standards/ tools/ processes to achieve deliverable that meet quality expectations of oracle/client.
- Documenting all work in accordance with agreed standards/ processes applicable for Oracle / customer.
- Adhere to defined Change Control Process of oracle/customer. Comply with Oracle /customer audit/ compliance requirements
- Participate and support digital banking projects for clients across Middle East, Africa, Europe region
**REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Good knowledge of Banking Processes, Domain and Practices.
- Knowledge on Core Banking is a plus
- Prior end to end project implementation experience is desirable
- Must have experience in Requirement gathering, Gap Analysis, writing Use Case Documents and Functional Specification Documents and Test plan and test case preparation.
- Perform product configuration and parameterization independently
- Co-ordinate & collaborate with QA teams
- SIT/UAT teams and provide necessary testing support
- Getting involved in analysis of incidents during UAT/SIT and identify root causes, document the feedback and communicate it accordingly for incident resolution
- Manage and execute functional testing
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is a MUST
- **Java** development skills **(essential skill)**:
- Previous experience in **SQL and PL/SQL** development **(essential skill)**:
- Knowledge in Oracle **DataBase Systems (essential skill)**:
- **Javascript, HTML, CSS (important skills)**:
- High communication, team working, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand customer’s requirements and convert those in high quality technical and functional specification documents
- Experience with REST APIs will be a plus
