• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and design details with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Structural – Mechanical – Electrical) to ensure design integration.

• Prepare and review BOQs, material take-offs, cost estimates, and variations.
• Review and approve materials and suppliers according to project standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in architectural design and technical office roles.

Solid experience in quantity surveying and preparing BOQs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Architectural Design professional. The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing comprehensive architectural designs, integrating solution architecture, and ensuring successful project execution. Daily tasks will include designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects, maintaining communication with clients and team members, and ensuring architectural integrity and integration throughout all project phases.

• Interior and exterior design of industrial, administrative and commercial buildings.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, provide architectural support to the Project Architect or Project Designer in the design, selection, coordination, and detailing of architectural materials and systems.
• Build physical building models.
• Participate in preparation of graphics materials and images for client presentations.
• Participate in research initiatives as directed by the Project Architect or Project Manager.
• Assist project leadership in all activities during conceptual design through construction documents.

• Work can be completed at the intern's convenient time, as long as tasks are completed.
• Early departure from the internship program will result in no certificate of completion or recommendation letter.
