**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop process design and specifications for process equipment.
- Lead and supervise Process Engineering Teams.
- Prepare feasibility and debottlenecking studies and preliminary design work.
- Deliver process designs in FEED and Detailed Engineering in oil & gas projects.
- Participate in technical meetings and handle discussions with client engineers.
- Provide technical support to the business development team.
- Execute process engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the designs.
- Develop the basis of design, undertake detailed calculations to develop the design and be responsible for the accuracy of these calculations.
- Develop overall plant and unit simulations using standard process simulation programs.
- Develop H&MB, PFD's, P&ID's and process equipment / instrument datasheets.
- Masters the following; Process Control / Relief and Blowdown calculations / PSV Process Calculation & Sizing / Flare Network Calculations / Process Equipment Design and Sizing / Utilities design / Energy management / Aspen HYSYS Simulations / Process Safety

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas process design.
- Proven experience in Gas/ Oil Treatment Facilities Design and Operation.

**Job Description**:

- Managing the design process from conception to final styling.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Designing and creating garments using pattern making.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during the sampling process.
- Ensuring product agrees with business strategy.
- Support production and quality teams whenever needed to guarantee the delivery of the products as designed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum five years of experience as a designer manager.
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Expert in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, and CLO.

**Description**:
As an Architecture and Design Technical Lead you will be acting as architecture and design authority across IT organization; responsible of aligning VF-EG IT roadmap with group strategy and guide lines. As well as resolving Technology disagreements among different IT teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead design for major business and technology projects across IT in a way that directly impact revenue, cost saving initiatives and NPS.
- Lead VFG activities that require cooperation with Group Architecture Team(s) and adapting VF Group P&S related architecture initiatives within VFE in a way that suit VF-EG local targets and strategies.
- Manage business requirements planning to make sure they are reflected into technology enablers to be implemented by delivery teams to make sure overall business objectives will be realized.
- Authorized to take necessary decisions to resolve technical conflicts among different delivery functions.
- Lead technical stakeholders to produce system roadmaps that meet architecture guidelines and business requirements.

**Role Purpose**:
Develop the core networks data Design to guarantee Network Redundancy, Reliability, and simplicity.

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Data core design:

- Ensure an efficient and future proof Data Core Network design and optimization.
- Align with Technology Functions to ensure VF-EG leadership in Data service.
- Maintains close alignment with Service Management teams during projects implementation facilitating proper and quality hand-over.
- Align with Commercial Department to support them with new technology capabilities to achieve marketing products and services calendar and improve customer experience.
- Drive readiness of New Data Technologies.
- Manages the data core nodes roadmap.
- Liaises with Vodafone Group and suppliers to drive new technology solutions and innovations to improve customer experience and ensure technology leadership.
- Identify relevant network topology that best utilizes the resources of the network and minimizes the CAPEX and/or OPEX spending.

2. Network design & optimisation:

- Ensures Vodafone market leadership in data through providing the best throughput, latency and uninterrupted connectivity.
- Manage the packet data core nodes design and optimization.
- Manage the fixed network DPI and DNS design.
- Design owner for EPC nodes ,optimizer, load balancers and CDNs.
- Considers feedback from Service Management teams for re-occurring problems, input for re-design while acting as third line of support.

3. Customer experience assurance:

- Coordinate with CE team to follow up and resolve any network malfunctions.
- Ensure all Customers committed KPIs are met.

**Core Competencies & technical Skills Required**:
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- Be able to work with global technology.
- Good knowledge of F5/open wave, EPC,DNS ,and data CDNs.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Innovative and fast learner.
- Advanced level of Engineering / Technology knowledge with a broad knowledge of other areas of the business.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in communication / electronics engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mobile data domain; preferably in Network design /operations.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Design Manager for our P&DS team.

This role will be working on a major mixed use scheme in Masra Matrouh, Egypt. It will be responsible for delivering building projects as part of a large development.

What this job involves
Report to a Director as part of a team undertaking day to day delivery.

Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.

Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client’s expectations and budget.

Fully manage and handle local government approvals process.

Administer complex building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.

Assist with the compilation of tender documents and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting.

Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.

Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.

Deliver projects within the framework of risk, sustainability and environmental considerations agreed at the business case/client brief stage, while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality.

Monitor and report on the contractor’s progress against the contract program.

Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor’s design is done in compliance with the contract.

Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.

Desired skills and experience for this
Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.

Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB).

North coast project experience is essential.

Experience in managing on site construction in the region.

Major international project experience is essential.

Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.

International safety qualification / recognition an advantage but not essential.

**Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid!**
- Engineering degree in civil engineering or comparable
- Extensive professional experience in design and/or construction of high-speed railway tracks including associated scheduling of construction work.
- Technical competency to configurate and design railway tracks.
- Further knowledge of civil engineering, track surveying and/or railway system knowledge is desirable
- Experience with environmental health and safety regulations and standards
