As a
Design Development Section Head – Architecture
at Al Marasem Group, you will be responsible for developing and refining architectural design solutions across different project phases. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are translated into accurate, innovative, and high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Detailing:

• Develop and refine architectural design concepts in alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
• Translate design ideas into detailed drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and programming exercises to inform design decisions.

Coordination & Collaboration:

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to integrate technical requirements into architectural designs.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and workshops to resolve conflicts and optimize solutions.
• Review consultants' and contractors' submittals to ensure compliance with design intent.

Documentation & Deliverables:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Ensure all design outputs are accurate, consistent, and compliant with codes and regulations.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural engineering.
• Proactively identify opportunities for design innovation and process optimization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal design standards and workflows.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• years of experience in architectural design and development for large-scale construction projects (Commercial, Hotels, Residential, Administrative).
• Consultancy background is a must
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Experience in producing 3D visualizations and marketing materials (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop).
• Excellent design sensibility, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of architectural codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within budget and deadlines.

* Determine manufacturing requirements for sheet metal

* Experience in industrial design

* Experience with design programs "solid works or equivalent"

* Check products for feasibility and performance

Qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic CSE Design (Draftsman) who will performs transactional, high-volume tasks and provides engineering drawings. This work is driven by quality and measured via service-level agreements.

What will you do?

• BIM solutions for Standard and Customized Engineering Models & Drawings (Shop Drawings, Car, Signalization) for Tender and Order Projects
• Delivers 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings / Models for High Demanding projects
• Identifies changes in market and technology environment and drives changes to solutions and ways of working in BIM Engineering
• Creates roadmaps manages progress on BIM Project in CSE
• Attend and Host weekly coordination meetings with Stake holders
• Monitoring and reviewing of each system design to meet/fulfill the customer requirement.
• Responsible for resolving Clashes between KONE Elevator, Escalators against MEP, architecture and structure models.
• Compile data and perform elementary designs from Supply line models and edit as per customers' needs.
• Collects inputs and provide standardization opportunities in BIM Engineering
• Provides technical consultancy to Sales and Customers
• Participates in pricing, pre-tender reviews to ensure solution and Project costs for BIM activities to meets Customer BEP requirements.
• Ensures compliant deployment of engineering policy, local codes and standards
• Provides high-quality inputs and outputs to stakeholders
• Provides solutions where full lifecycle management and Maintainability are considered.
• Active contribution to further develop Customer Solutions Engineering capabilities in BIM
• Ensure Competitive solutions on each early engagement case as per sales requirements
• Facilitates Information sharing and creates collaborative working environment
• Drives competence development in the team as a knowledge sharer

Are you the one?

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Candidate with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in BIM Engineering.
• Proficient in BIM Life Cycle and its Process.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Navis works and Other BIM Tools.
• Good knowledge on Revit with Python and other Programming language is an Asset.
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Excellent collaboration skills and capability to team-work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Capability for analytical thinking and focus on details - distinguishes between important information and irrelevant or minor details.
• Ability to work with global colleagues considering different time zones, language competences and differences in working culture.
• Excellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus.
