Your Role

• Lead and oversee all technical documentation across projects.
• Set and maintain Studio Être's technical standards, workflows, and QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Design to ensure technical precision supports creative intent.
• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, landscape) for fully integrated outputs.
• Review and approve drawings, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with codes and best practices.
• Mentor and guide the technical team, fostering accuracy and innovation.
• Support site execution and verify that every detail aligns with design intent.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture or interior design technical delivery.
