As the Service Coordinator, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
- Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
- Acting as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out.
- Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
- Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery, Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.
- Comply with Job center and S&OP Platforms

- Have a Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Have years of experience in production enhancement and sand control
- Demonstrate financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and apply insights to business decisions

This role reports to the OFS People Operations Regional Lead.
In this role, you will manage Tier 2 escalations, oversee vendor, benefits, and compensation administration, and ensure compliance with country or region-specific HR regulations. You will support the HR Operations team across service categories, including reporting and metrics, and coordinate ad-hoc processes within HR Ops tiers. The position requires strong leadership, proactivity, and a focus on data integrity and analysis to support HR decision-making and business needs. You will resolve operational issues, drive continuous improvement through lean administration, lead process improvement projects, and promote best-in-class service delivery. Success depends on building effective cross-functional relationships with internal and external teams and proactively enhancing HR operations.
Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
- Oversee HR service delivery and manage regional ticket requests, including direct management of complex services and transaction processing as needed. Handle escalations within HR Operations tiers and partner with the regional lead to drive continuous improvement across HR Ops metrics, services, and systems.
- Apply and expand knowledge of HR theories, practices, and procedures to implement functional policies and strategies while developing professional expertise.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business drivers and how team activities integrate with other functions to support overall business objectives.
- Make decisions autonomously within established frameworks, resolving complex issues using sound judgment, and collaborate with the regional lead on matters beyond defined policies.
- Build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary interface and clearly communicating technical and complex information.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires strong demonstrated expertise in HR Operations Service Delivery, including managing escalations, process improvement, vendor relationships and problem solving in a complex environment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Proficiency in the Arabic language is required.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. - Strong experience with HRIS and ticket management systems (ServiceNow/SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus)
