2x7 support shift model
to ensure round-the-clock operational coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dell PowerEdge R740/R750 rack servers and MX7000 modular chassis.
• Perform hardware lifecycle management including upgrades, firmware updates, and replacements.
• Conduct proactive monitoring, daily health checks, and troubleshoot hardware incidents.
• Ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime in a 2x7 support shift model.
• Collaborate with Dell EMC and other vendors for escalations and advanced support.
• Participate in disaster recovery, backup validation, and high-availability planning.
• Maintain documentation for system setups, incidents, and operational procedures.
• Adhere to data center security, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Mandatory Dell PowerEdge Certification
  (e.g., Dell EMC PowerEdge Implementation Engineer or equivalent).

Minimum Experience

• 3–8 years
  of relevant experience in data center/server engineering roles.
• Hands-on expertise with
  Dell PowerEdge R740/R750 rack servers
  and
  Dell MX7000 modular chassis

• In-depth knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers and modular chassis.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems preferred.
