**Job description for a digital media manager**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and drive business growth
- Plan, manage and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms and channels, including but not limited to search engines, social media, display, and video
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives
- Implement and manage tracking and measurement solutions, including Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting on campaign performance
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, technologies, and best practices and identify new opportunities for our brand
- Manage relationships with media partners, negotiate rates and ensure campaign delivery and performance
- Manage a accounts managers guidance, coaching to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital media management, with a focus on performance-driven campaigns
- Proven track record of managing successful digital media campaigns across various platforms and channels
- Deep understanding of digital media planning, buying, and optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with ad tech platforms and tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing tracking and measurement solutions, including Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
