What you'll do:
-Communicate with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase renewal conversion rates.
-Maintain and follow up with customers, understand their learning needs, and provide personalized renewal suggestions to improve student retention.
-Monitor students' learning progress, analyse learning data, and develop renewal strategies based on their stage and performance.
-Answer questions from customers, handle possible concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.
-Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
-Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs.
-Able to work effectively in a target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
