• Conducts synchronous live video consultations with Gen Z patients to assess, diagnose, treat, and prevent sleep disorders. Sleep therapists provide sleep therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, sleep hygiene education, stimulus control, sleep restriction therapy, and relaxation training, perform sleep studies like polysomnography, prescribe medications, while also considering the psychological aspect of Gen Z sleep disorder.
• Provides secure electronic video communication for Gen Z patients follow-ups and questions.
• Observes Gen Z patients biometrics and surveys for tracking Gen Z patients response to their personalized plan and overall progress.
• Documents Gen Z patients encounters accurately in their electronic health records.
• Teamwork and Cross-Functionality: Collaborate with other care providers as needed.
• Ensures Gen Z patients privacy and adherence to telehealth regulations.
• Provides Gen Z patients education on managing their sleep disorders through building a strong rapport with Gen Z patients.
• Personal Branding: You will be committed to upload a short 2-paragraph evidence-based scientific article and a short 5-minutes mp4 evidence-based scientific video that shows your personal brand every month to the Gen Z library. Your personal brand will showcase your capabilities as a Certified Psychiatrist and promote awareness of wellness in the Gen Z community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) from a recognized faculty of medicine with postgraduate residency training, a Master's of Science degree, and a Doctorate degree in Psychiatry or Neuropsychiatry from a recognized faculty of medicine is required.
• A training certificate in Clinical Sleep Medicine accredited by a world class organization as the European Sleep Research Society or the American Academy of Sleep Medicine is required.
• A postgraduate fellowship training sub-specialized in Psychiatry or Neuropsychiatry offered by institutions like the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) in the UK or western universities in the US, Canada, and Australia is preferred but not required.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Certified Sleep Therapist.

SCOPE
To take 100% responsibility to ensure you deliver and exceed the guests' expectations in accordance with Resense's spa vision, core values and all related brand standards, procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To deliver treatments and whole spa experience to high standard and ensure the guests' needs are cared for. This means tailoring treatments where needed in accordance with Resense training.

• To 'connect' and communicate with your guests. Get to know and understand them and record preferences and information as required.

• To be very knowledgeable of all treatments offered and aware of any promotions on offer at any given time.

• Ensure that the handover is completed in the guest journey as per the outlined standard, follow up on treatment experience, expectations and satisfaction and act on any discrepancies.
