Your Job

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    from 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience

  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

1. Sourcing and Recording

  • Source and headhunt candidates for Data and Tech positions (e.g., Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Software Developers) using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, and GitHub.
  • Continuously update and maintain the candidate tracking sheet with new profiles, interview results, and hiring status.
  • Research and identify new sourcing channels suitable for technical roles.

2. Screening and Interviews
