Summary:

The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the establishment of Emergent Data's Egypt operations by sourcing, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for Data and Technology positions. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to job posting and candidate coordination—while maintaining accurate recruitment records. The recruiter will also assist in HR-related special projects that contribute to building a strong and scalable talent foundation for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Recording

• Source and headhunt candidates for Data and Tech positions (e.g., Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Software Developers) using multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, and GitHub.
• Continuously update and maintain the candidate tracking sheet with new profiles, interview results, and hiring status.
• Research and identify new sourcing channels suitable for technical roles.

2. Screening and Interviews

• Review and filter candidate profiles based on position requirements and technical keywords.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

3. Job Posting

• Prepare and post clear and engaging job announcements across multiple job boards and professional networks.
• Ensure all postings are consistent with Emergent Data's employer brand and job descriptions.
• Monitor job post performance and refresh or update them as needed.

4. Special Projects

• Support HR initiatives related to company setup and talent management in Egypt.
• Complete assigned research, documentation, or recruitment improvement projects as directed by the HR Manager.
• Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably including exposure to technical or engineering roles.
• Basic understanding of IT and Data-related positions (training will be provided).
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using online tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
