Job Purpose:

The Web Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging web-based and app user interfaces for our ever-growing digital properties. This role is a driving force within our core business and focuses on producing a consistently high level of quality designs from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web and app devices at a variety of resolutions, creating and iterating on graphic elements, assets and visual treatments that reflect the diverse range of brands online.

The Web Designer is also responsible for liaising with various teams across the business to ensure a highly efficient workflow is in place to create the concepts, artwork and layouts required to deliver campaigns based on creative briefs and meetings. Working with creative direction, bringing ideas to life, solving marketing challenges to ideate and design best-in-class brand expressions and experiences.

The Web Designer will partner with various business leads (brand teams, translation, design, trading, SEO, IT, testing, project management, and operations) to deliver the division's key strategies.

This role:

• Works closely with the Design Manager to deliver the agreed strategy.
• Develops well-conceived creative work that implements the business strategy.
• Collaborates with Design leads on the multi-channel creative briefs.
• Creates designs across marketing levers for digital channel execution while ensuring a coherent campaign across physical channels.
• Participates in brainstorm sessions with the Design team to develop concept proposals
• Is responsible for planning and delivery of our end to end design briefing process.

Brainstorm

Expertise

• Experience in designing multi-lingual websites, mobile sites, and mobile apps.
• Understanding of common web design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) in particular, Sketch and Figma.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML/CSS, and JavaScript/JQuery.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a
creative Senior Graphic & Web Designer
(8–15 years of experience) who will wear many hats—art director, UI/UX designer, web designer, illustrator and artist.

This is not a specialist role — we need a well-rounded designer who is just as comfortable designing a web interface, crafting a pitch deck, conceptualizing a public awareness campaign, or building a visual brand identity from scratch. In all these you are a visual storyteller at heart.

You are comfortable with some of the major tools for
