We are looking for Technical Office Manager - Engineering Consultant, Cairo-Egypt.
**.About Our Client**:
We are hiring for a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy that provides services in the fields of civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering. They offer a range of services including design, project management, planning, feasibility studies, and construction supervision.

**What will you do**:
- Oversee the preparation of project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure that all designs and plans comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage the procurement of construction materials and equipment.
- Analyse project data and providing recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that final products meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
- Review and approving project invoices and budget reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
- Manage risk by identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
- Develop and implementing project schedules and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on project design and construction-related issues.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and organized.
- Conduct training sessions for technical staff on industry standards, best practices, and new technologies.
- Participate in business development activities such as preparing proposals, developing client relationships, and identifying new project opportunities.
**What do they expect from you**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Expert Knowledge of Revit program.
- High management and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in big projects.
- Be up to date with the new systems and techniques.
- Preferable to have an international experience.
- Preferable to have an experience in a consultant firms.
- V.Good command in English language ( Speaking & Writing ).
- Expert in scheduling and leader an official meetings.

**Your key responsibilities**
As a member of the Business Consulting team, you’ll help the world’s leading organizations improve their performance in a rapidly changing environment with adequate enablement of finance transformation and technologies. You’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams, bringing diverse perspectives to every challenge. You will also take the lead in developing and growing our business and client network, building relationships with our clients’ key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall revenue generation efforts of the consulting wide organization.
**Skills and Attributes for success**
You should have Consulting experience in Finance Transformation, within the Financial Services domain/industry:
- Increase how finance works cross functionally as part of an extended ecosystem to enable new business models and value creation
- Improve data and analytics capabilities to transform forecasting, risk management, and understanding of value drivers
- Take strategic decisions on what will be sourced, recruited, retained, and/or developed/upskilled to transform finance talent into a sustainable workforce
- Make significant changes to the finance function operating model and skill set utilizing a best-in-class model of internal and partner resources/ assets
- Reduce finance function costs through new technologies, and automation
- Optimize usage of Global Business Services (GBS) infrastructure, outsourcing, and SSC’s
- Process optimization across Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Order-To-Cash (OTC), and Record-To-Report (RTR)
- Leverage Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to budget for and plan using appropriate technology
- Digital Finance
**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- 4-8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Big4 Consulting or any other Global consulting experience as a consultant
- MENA based experience (preferred)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate business deals and make business proposals
- Develop and maintain relationship at C-suite level
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
- A Master’s Degree and/or CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA professional qualifications
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
