Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven working experience (minimum 15 years) in construction management or similar role, international experience is plus.
• Must have a PMP Certificate or Training
• Strong knowledge of Lean Concepts
• Strong planning and reporting fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety best practices.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural diagrams, and other construction documents.

Candidate Requirements:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects. They are employed to prepare sites prior to the commencement of construction work (to set out the site and organize facilities), to plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales and to oversee building work.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of a new factory construction project—from initial planning to final delivery—within a defined timeline and approved budget. The role specifically requires solid experience in managing industrial factory construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully delivered food or pharmaceutical plants.
