upport a higher-level manager by assisting with daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring business objectives are met. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring employees, creating work schedules, handling customer service, enforcing company policies, and filling in for the manager in their absence.
Responsibilities
. Follow up with clients and insurers to ensure policies are issued correctly and on time
. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to insurance policies, claims, and documentation
. Prepare clear and concise reports based on insurance surveys and claims assessments
. Attend insurance-related surveys for both issuance and claims
. Participate in meetings with clients and insurers regarding policy terms, claims, and related matters
Qualifications
- Must have very strong communication and problem-solving skills
- English written and spoken is a must.
- Multi-tasking.
- 1+ years experience
- Candidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
