Job Responsibility :
- Lead and perform full testing and commissioning of LV and MV switchgear systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, SEC standards, and international standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Conduct advanced testing of protection devices for both LV and MV switchgear, verifying correct operation and coordination of protection schemes.
- Test and validate interface signals between LV and MV switchgear and the DCS (Distributed Control System), ensuring flawless communication and functionality.
- Oversee and ensure the proper testing of interlock systems within the switchgear to confirm safe and coordinated operation.
- Review, modify, and update schematics and wiring diagrams for switchgear systems to meet project requirements and international standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues identified during testing, ensuring maximum reliability, safety, and performance of systems.
- Ensure seamless integration of switchgear systems with other electrical assets, including transformers and generators, while maintaining overall system stability.
- Guarantee full adherence to Saudi standards (SEC, SASO), Saudi Aramco standards, and international standards during testing, commissioning, and operational phases.
- Uphold strict compliance with safety protocols and industry best practices during all testing and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth commissioning, integration, and handover of systems.
Job Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience
in testing and commissioning LV and MV switchgear systems. - Bachelor degree in Engineering ( Electrical - Mechanical )
- Extensive knowledge of
SEC standards
, Saudi Aramco standards, and international standards (IEC, IEEE). - Expertise in protection device testing, DCS integration, and interlock systems.
- Strong ability to interpret and modify schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Commissioning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient commissioning activities by providing expert information, support, and guidance throughout all commissioning phases.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides necessary input, support and guidance to the Worley Commissioning team.
- Reviews commissioning documentation (schedules, procedures, commissioning test programs, test acceptance certificates etc.)
- Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley systems and procedures for the project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and all relevant approved procedures.
- Reviews commissioning non-conformity reports and contributes to the implementation of corrective measures.
- Maintains detailed and accurate commissioning records, including data, documentation, and progress reports.
- Completes reports of work performed accurately and on time.
- Reports on project technical scope performance against the Construction Time Schedule.
- Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.
- Performs work in adherence to the overall Project execution plan, Detailed Design, Work Execution Plan and Project Quality Plan.
- Monitors Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Startup activities performed by the EPC Contractor's commissioning staff, etc. under the direction of the Commissioning Lead.
- Provides guidance in conjunction with the operations group on equipment start-up.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Master's degree beneficial).
- Strong technical skills; 8+years of experience in commissioning on large scale projects, thermal power plants or in nuclear power plant development.
- Experience in preparing commissioning tests and reviewing commissioning results reports.
- Participation in the commissioning of recent PWR new build projects (especially VVER-1200) is an advantage.
- Participation in commissioning leadership and or in the turbine island systems/equipment is a plus.
- Experience with licensing requirements and compliance with regulatory authorities for commissioning activities will also be considered a plus.

- Ability to coach new engineers in field activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.

to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer-focused presentations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer needs and automation solutions, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate automation solutions (PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, etc.).
- Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Design system architecture diagrams and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and site visits when needed.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and accurate costing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automation technologies, vendor products (e.g., Siemens) and industry trends.
- Prepare technical documentation, compliance matrices, and client-facing materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and OEM partners.
- Support the transition of successful bids to the project execution team.
- Attend trade shows, technical events, and customer workshops as a technical representative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in automation engineering, pre-sales, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI), communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, etc.).
- Experience in technical proposal writing and solution design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and preferably EPLAN or similar design tools.
