What you'll do:
Commercial Operations Executive handles all content for assigned categories, creates items posted on the website as well as solving any raised issues regarding classification or content quality.
- Support the commercial team in creating the items (received from the sellers) to reflect on the website.
- Enhance and enrich item content on the website.
- Handle all taxonomy matters related to product classification.
- Perform quality control checks on category related items and all their content.
- Submit items received from the Account Manager correctly and make sure it is reflected on the website.
- Manage the content submission as per commercial targets.
- Fulfill the tasks required on time and achieve their weekly targets.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field,
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Very good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Good numerical background
