Job Description
As a Community Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our residential communities by ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all tenants. You will be the go-to person for handling inquiries, resolving day-to-day issues, and acting as the link between residents and internal departments.
This role sits within the team responsible for managing our communities, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and delivering high-quality service across all touchpoints.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Resident Support & Communication:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding questions, complaints, or service requests.
- Provide timely, clear, and courteous assistance through various channels (phone, email, in person).
- Communicate community procedures, updates, and policies in a professional manner.
Case Handling & Follow-up:
- Open and manage service requests in coordination with other departments (e.g., maintenance, security, TA).
- Ensure issues are tracked, followed up, and resolved within the expected timeframes.
- Keep accurate logs of client interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with leasing, legal, technical affairs, and finance teams to support tenant-related needs.
- Assist in onboarding new tenants and managing their transition into the community.
- Support the execution of internal service initiatives or engagement activities.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor service KPIs and identify patterns in resident feedback.
- Suggest improvements to enhance service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
- Support audits and documentation processes when required.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes
:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or property management systems is a plus.
- Preferably residing in or near New Cairo
