About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee technical inspections, project handovers, and tenant coordination for our premium commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction management experience, and the ability to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Manage the full snagging process, ensuring timely rectification and documentation of defects prior to handover.
• Ensure complete and flawless project handover, including documentation, certification, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Act as the main liaison between tenants and landlord regarding readiness, snagging, and fit-out coordination.
• Supervise daily site operations to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical/operational challenges.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and monthly progress invoices.
• Conduct regular site inspections, assess quality, identify risks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Manage and evaluate subcontractors, ensuring compliance and providing performance feedback.
• Monitor project costs, control variations, and support value engineering processes.
• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, environmental guidelines, and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven project management experience in real estate or construction, ideally with commercial unit fit-outs, handovers, and tenant coordination.
