Role summary:
Own the learning pillar and culture transformation for the plant, building a skilled, flexible, and safety-first workforce.
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS to align training with throughput, scrap/rework reduction, and audit readiness.
Key responsibilities:
Lead cultural change through coaching, on-the-job learning, and standardized work adoption across teams and shifts.
Build and run onboarding, cross-training pathways, and qualification matrices; accelerate time-to-competence.
Develop blended learning (classroom, e-learning, microlearning) and clear SOPs/visual work instructions.
Track impact: qualification rates, safety incidents, FPY, downtime, scrap/rework, and retention.
Ensure regulatory/compliance training (EHS, ISO/IATF/GMP) and audit-ready documentation.
Mentor line trainers/supervisors; model feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement behaviors.
Must-have qualifications:
5–8+ years in manufacturing with proven training/qualification system leadership and culture-change results.
Demonstrated success implementing skills matrices, OJT programs, and standardized work in high-throughput environments.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills; able to influence at all levels from operators to plant leadership.
Experience tying training outcomes to SQDC metrics and CI initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma familiarity preferred).
Proficiency with LMS/HRIS and creating practical job aids and digital learning content.

- Identify areas for improvement in the area of planning and detailed scheduling that can be achieved with the new APS
- In-depth knowledge of APS solutions, their possibilities, and functionalities. Knowledge of Parsec's Tracksys MESsolution is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ensure the MES supports accurate production planning, capacity management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the MES team to align system functionalities with real-world production requirements.
- Validate and test scheduling functionalities within the APS to ensure system reliability and accuracy, thereby building the template.
- To improve planning, provide insights on resource allocation, lead times, and production constraints.
